I created the shape of my toy inspired on my childhood. I was often disappointed as a kid when I couldn't play with girl dolls and barbies. Many gay kids assimilate more to traditionally feminine toys. I was given Max steel dolls to play with and I wished they could transform into girls. As an adult I became a big fan the drag scene in NYC and the world. Where men dress up as women. Attending drag con (an annual drag convention hosted by RuPaul) I was in shock that so many kids were in attendance. The times really have changed from when I was a child. Drag wasn't even a concept I was aware of. So with that in mind I created a male doll. That has padding to turn into a drag queen / woman. Padding is basically shapeshifting in drag. Men use foam to give them hips, butts, and breasts toggle them a feminine shape. I would have loved to be able to transform my male dolls into beautiful female glamazons.
